   Our NCC Subsea Chemical Injection System offers positive displacement metering, designed to reduce capital cost, improve reliability and increase performance. The remotely operated system is designed to service single or multiple subsea well field developments.   NCC Specialty Valves include the Back Pressure (BPV) Valve, designed to ensure positive pressure within umbilical lines when chemicals are injected.  Also offered is the Sub-Plate Mounted Hydraulic Control Valve, a directional control device for blowout prevention, designed to flow under pressures up to 5000 psi.   Since 2008, NCC has provided in-house coupling welding. This capability improves on-time delivery and enhances our emergency response.  Our procedures are compliant with NACE, MRO175, API 6A and ASME Section IX standards, and qualified for welding austenitic, super duplex and Nitronic series stainless steels, along with nickel alloys.
