National Coupling Company (NCC) is the worldwide leader in the subsea oil & gas industry for hydraulic coupling technology, performance and installed base. NCC’s field-proven history is evidenced by the supply of more than 340,000 hydraulic couplings to subsea projects since 1976. We offer more than 3,000 different male and female coupling designs qualified for a broad range of subsea applications. The NCC hydraulic coupling product line provides significant benefits to equipment suppliers and operators in terms of packaging versatility and highest reliability as the industry moves into ultra deep water and XHPHT applications.
Each coupling series features unique design characteristics which allow our customers to meet the requirements of a broad range of subsea applications. These applications range from low pressure, shallow water connections to the most critical component of high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and ultra deep water depths in operation today. As XHPHT projects continue to raise the bar, NCC continues to answer the industry’s call for increased temperature and working pressure requirements.
NCC’s couplings have been installed in subsea applications including, but not limited to:
• Subsea Trees
• Tubing Hanger Penetrators
• Production Control Systems
• Drilling Control Systems
• ROV Hydraulic Flying Leads
• Chemical Injection Systems
• Installation / Workover Control Systems
• ROV Hot Stabs
