The National Coupling (NCC) subsea Chemical Injection System is a positive displacement metering system designed to reduce capital cost, improve reliability and increase performance capabilities. Designed to service single or multiple subsea well field developments, the NCC system is remotely operated and equipped with real-time measurement capabilities. The system is also designed to simultaneously deliver multiple chemicals at controlled and verifiable injection rates across long offset distances.
The NCC Chemical Injection System also produces injection rate feedback without the use of flow meters. Additionally, a remote controlled cleansing cycle has been installed within the system itself, completely eliminating the use of filters. In the event of contamination the system is programmed to fully open the valve to provide full flow through the contaminated area, therefore flushing the system automatically. After discharge, the system returns to its original flow setting, retaining operating efficiency and maintaining measurement accuracy.
National Coupling Company welcomes the opportunity to work with you on the design of Chemical Injection solutions that offer the highest reliability for your specific application. Please feel free to contact the National Coupling Sales Department via telephone at 281-499-2583.
